The response to the launch of Timebox has been excellent and we have received some great feedback. Thank you!
There have been some questions regarding privacy, confidentiality and advertising. You can read our complete privacy policy but at a fundamental level this is what we believe as a company:
- Privacy comes first. The data in your Timebox is yours and only yours. Even if something happens to our company, you will always have your data because it is stored on your own devices.
- Your personal information will never be shared unless you explicitly share it with someone that you specify (for example, using the Share button).
- We will never have any ads and we will never share your personal information with any advertisers. That has been a core value throughout all of our companies (this is our 3rd startup).
We are working on version 1.1 of Timebox and will release it soon. In the meantime, we hope you are having fun creating your archive of stories with Timebox. We would love to hear from you. All comments, feedback and suggestions are welcome.
Here’s a tip: You can add things that you want to do in the future to your Timebox. Just chose a future date when you are filling in your template. It will appear on the future date on both your Timeline and Yearbook.
